INGREDIENTS
1 pound medium shrimp
1 pound fettuccine or linguine noodles
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup andouille or other smoked sausage
4 green onions
14 ounce artichokes
2 ounce pimentos
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon big flake Creole seasoning
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Sprinkle red pepper flakes
