2 lb shredded Brussels sprouts (about 8 cups)

1-1/2 cups pomegranate seeds

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
•
1/2 cup chopped raw almonds (walnuts?)

For the dressing:
•
1/4 cup full-fat, grass-fed plain yogurt
•
juice of 1 orange
•
juice of 1 lemon
•
2 Tbs raw honey
•
pinch of sea salt
•
1 large shallot, peeled and roughly chopped
•
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, flax oil or grape seed oil
