4 ounces white wine
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1 orange (2-3 pieces of rind peel reserved)
1 dozen clams (cleaned)
1 dozen mussels (cleaned)
1/2 pound shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
1/4 pound calamari (cut into 1/2' rings)
1/2 cup parsley leaves (roughly torn, to garnish)
1/4 cup mint leaves (roughly torn, to garnish)
red pepper flakes (optional garnish)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
