1/2 cup champagne (divided)
1 pound King Crab legs (split down the side of the shell)
3 sticks butter (cold, cubed)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tarragon (roughly chopped)
1 tablespoon parsley (roughly chopped)
