Ingredients: Here's what you need:; 1 box yellow cake mix; 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding; 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil; 3/4 cup cooking sherry (or drinking sherry by all means, if you have such a thing in your house); 4 eggs; 1 tsp. ground nutmeg; Glaze; 3/4 cup powdered sugar; 3 Tbl. lemon juice, the bottled kind. Fresh is sometimes to sour and will change the flavor of the original cake.
