10 mini sweet peppers

1 1/4 tsp garlic salt, divided
•
1 tsp Italian seasoning
•
1/2 tsp black pepper
•
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, divided
