1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts ((or nut of choice))
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
salt & pepper to taste ((optional))
