1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sliced green onions
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
