1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

4 large eggs

Ganache Topping:
•
3/4 cup whipping cream
•
6 ounces 70% bittersweet chocolate, chopped
•
1 tablespoon sugar
