Seeded Loaf

"This is another very quick and easy loaf, but with lots of varying textures. And don't worry if the sunflower seeds turn green during baking - it actually looks very attractive. INGREDIENTS
225g strong grain flour, plus a little extra
225g strong stoneground wholemeal flour
1 level dessertspoon fine salt
2 teaspoons (or a 7g packet) easy bake yeast
2 slightly rounded tablespoons poppy seeds
2 slightly rounded tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 slightly rounded tablespoons pumpkin seeds
350ml hand-hot water
