This is the original See’s fudge recipe: Given to Amy DeVore by Emma Julian c. 1930, this is “supposedly” the original recipe for See’s Fudge, produced by the See’s Candy Company, Los Angeles. Emma allegedly worked for See’s stealing the recipes, one ingredient at a time, and later owned her own candy store...."

INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 cups sugar
3 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips
1/2 lb margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
7 ounces marshmallow cream
2 cups nuts
