1 qt. heavy whipping cream

3 Tbl Old Bay seasoning

1 Tbl Tony Chachere's

1/2 Tbl garlic powder

1/2 Tbl onion powder

1/2 Tbl paprika
•
1 tsp cayenne pepper

House seasoning (1 Tbl salt, 1 Tbl pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 Tbl onion powder)

1/2 C ketchup
•
1 tsp crab boil
•
salt and pepper to taste

STEPS:

Put the butter, flour and whipping cream into a saucepan and stir. Then add 2 Tbl of house seasoning and the rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer.
