INGREDIENTS

Ingredients
•1 pound Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and finely diced
•1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, de-veined, roughly chopped
•1/2 pound scallops, halved or quartered
•1/2 pound white fish (cod, haddock, etc.), cut into pieces
•1 dozen little neck clams, rinsed and scrubbed
•2 lobster tails, diced
•1 yellow onion, diced
•4 cloves garlic, minced
•4 slices bacon
•4 cups seafood stock
•2 cups water
•2 cups heavy cream
•3/4 cup all-purpose flour
•3/4 cup unsalted butter
•3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopping
•2 tablespoons dry sherry
•1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
•1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
•1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
•kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
