1 stick butter
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pt. crabmeat
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 c. grated mixture of rat cheese, sharp cheddar, med. age cheese (your choice)
Ritz cracker crumbs
