1 lb. med. shrimp
1 lb. bay scallops
5 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
3 lg. shallots, minced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. minced fresh or 1 tsp. dried dill
3/4 c. light cream
3/4 c. dry white wine
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
1/4 c. soft fresh bread crumbs
