INGREDIENTS

4 or 5 medium potatoes. (I use those that I would normally bake.)

½ large onion
•
½ cup of heavy whipping cream (I’ve also made it with evaporated milk but it is so much better with the cream.)
•
1 large clove of garlic
•
2 tsp of paprika
•
⅔ cup of cheddar cheese
•
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
•
Salt and pepper to taste
