1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small onion (diced)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 medium tomato (diced)
1/4 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 handful fresh herbs (chopped, I used dill and parsley)
1/4 pound scallops
1/2 cup feta (crumbled)
