3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, plus more for serving
1 cup baby arugula
juice of 1/2 a lemon
8 ounces fresh burrata cheese, at room temperature
2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, torn
dill and black pepper, for serving
