4 large dried Chinese (shiitake) mushrooms, (soaked in water for at least 4 hours)
1 lb. (454g) daikon radish
Salt to taste
3/4 cup glutinous rice flour
1/3 cup water
Chopped green onions
White pepper
Fried garlic
