30 g of grated parmigiano reggiano

60 ml of olive oil/melted butter

Basil Walnut Cream Cheese Spread

3 tbs of cream cheese
•
2 cloves of garlic
•
60 g of walnut
•
20 g of basil
•
1 tbs of olive oil
•
Maple Candied Bacon
•
8 slices of bacon
•
3 tbs of maple syrup
•
1 tbs of white granulated sugar

2 tsp of grain vinegar

Roasted Balsamic Tomatoes & Portobello Mushrooms

200 g of cherry tomatoes
•
200 g of portobello mushrooms
•
salt & pepper to taste

2 tbs of olive oil
•
1 tbs of balsamic vinaigrette

*I used baby spinach & arugula for the greens & some crushed walnuts for garnishing. Feel free to use other greens to your taste.
