1 tablespoon avocado oil ((plus more for coating))
1 cup diced onion (120 grams)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds ground pork
1 medium apple, roughly diced (2 cups/175 grams)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
