7-8 Eggs
1 Red Bell Pepper, Large Dice
1 Green Bell Pepper, Large Dice
½ Cup Yellow Onion, Large Dice
1 Cup Portobello Mushrooms, Sliced
2½ Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, as needed
½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
