8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sage
4 cups chicken broth
16 ounces, weight Pepperidge Farm Unseasoned Stuffing Cubes
salt and pepper to taste
