Swiss Cheese - shredded (or Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
Egg Roll Wrappers (Wonton Wrapper can be used for smaller rolls)
Oil for Frying

Corn Beef -- chopped or shredded (makes a Reuben Egg Roll)
