1 1/2 cups roughly chopped broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 can (14 ounce) full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons honey
8 ounces rice noodles
juice and zest from 1 lime
1/4 cup fresh Thai basil, and/or mint
