this recipe came from a older lady we lived next door to 36 yrs ago and she was over 80 at that time. and I was just married and she is the one who gave me most of my recipes and showed me how to can everything. shes gone now but her recipes live on.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups zucchini,skinned, seeded,and choped in small chunks
  • 1 large lemon, choped small,or grind
  • 1 large orange, choped small or grind
  • 1 box fruit pectin, powdered
  • 1/2 cup water, cold

How To Make zucchine jam

  • Step 1
    boil for 10 min, stirring constatly. then add 6-six cups of sugar. boil and stir for another 10 min. then add nuts if desired put in 1/2 pint jars and seal upside down till cool
