This is simple but filling and really tasty! I found this in the cookbook that came with my very first blender, 30 some years ago. *Dried beef is also known as chipped beef.

2 tablespoons milk
1 - 3-ounce package cream cheese, cut in 3 pieces
1/2 cup - shredded dried beef
