Yoghurt Spread or "Greek Yoghurt"

Muna Escobar

This is so easy and delicous. Use to spread onto bread, crackers or to dip veggies. So healthy and probalby less expensive than buying premade.
I personally am going to start using this in place of mayo on sandwiches and in some cold salad recipes. This is a much healthier alternative.
