yoghurt spread or "greek yoghurt"
This is so easy and delicous. Use to spread onto bread, crackers or to dip veggies. So healthy and probalby less expensive than buying premade. I personally am going to start using this in place of mayo on sandwiches and in some cold salad recipes. This is a much healthier alternative.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces nonfat yoghurt
- - salt to taste
- - olive oil, optional
- - large piece of cheesecloth
How To Make yoghurt spread or "greek yoghurt"

Step 1Line a large strainer with a large piece of cheesecloth.

Step 2Pour the yoghurt into the cheesecloth.

Step 3Cover with excess cloth and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Step 4Place yoghurt spread in a container & sprinkle with salt to taste. You can cover this with a thin layer of olive oil. Cover & refrigerate.
