Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, unsalted, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 - shallot, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons whiskey or bourbon
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make whiskey butter for steaks

Step 1On medium low speed, beat butter until fluffy. Add parsley, shallot, whiskey, mustard & salt; mix until thoroughly combined.

Step 2Spoon mixture into log shape onto piece of parchment paper. Fold paper over itself. Using your hands, shape butter into cylinder about 1 1/2" wide. Twist edges of paper to seal. Freeze until set, about 30 minutes.
