The story with this recipe says,"wonderful on warm bread or biscuits." She also says to use real butter not low-fat substitutes have added water,so it won't give the same results.This was submitted in a Taste of Home Magazine by Corky Huffsmith of Indio,California. I plan on making this to go with the White Chocolate Cranberry Bread recipe I found in the same magazine.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts,toasted
How To Make walnut cranberry butter

Step 1In a small bowl,beat the butter,brown sugar,and honey until fluffy,about 5 minutes.Add cranberries and walnuts;beat 5 minutes longer or until butter turns pink.

Step 2Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap;roll into a log. Refrigerate until chilled.Unwrap and slice or place on a butter dish.
