How to Make Vegan Ricotta "Cheese"
1Melt margarine on stove on medium heat.
2Add the mashed tofu, mix, turn up temp.
3Add yeast, paprika, salt, mixed seasoning, mustard powder, and mayo, and mix well.
4Saute for 3-4 min. then add soymilk, lower temp and let simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally.
