ultimate vanilla bean buttercream frosting
(1 RATING)
I've decorated cakes since 1996. I've found that using vanilla bean paste gives the best flavor to baked goods and icings. Only use if you don't mind the tiny specks of beans.Use a high quality clear vanilla extract as a substitute if you want pure white icing. Vanilla bean paste can be found online and at Fresh Market Stores.
