    tomato pulp
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    mixed spices
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2.5 c
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1.25 c

How to Make Tomato Ketchup


  1. Prepare tomato pulp by washing and chopping tomatoes, cooking until soft, and rubbing through a sieve.
  2. Tie whole spices and onion in a thin bag.
  3. Mix mustard with cold water.
  4. Combine all ingredients and cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick.
