1 1/2 cshelled pecans
6 Tbspbutter, softened (use unsalted)
2 Tbspfresh squeezed lemon juice (i used the real lemon from the freezer section)
2 tspworcestershire sauce
How to Make Toasted Pecan Butter, Dad
- Toast pecans in oven in single layer, stirring occasionally, at 350 degrees. When they are lightly brown, in about 10 min, put on a plate to cool completely. They will smell amazing at this point!!
- Put 3/4 c nuts in food processor or blender. Add remaining, blend to the consistency of smooth butter. Leave at room temperature.
- Chop the rest of the pecans for a topping or garnish over the butter.
