Now living in the south, pecans are almost a staple. This makes a great topping on grilled chicken or fish...Thanks Dad!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shelled pecans
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened (use unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (i used the real lemon from the freezer section)
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Step 1Toast pecans in oven in single layer, stirring occasionally, at 350 degrees. When they are lightly brown, in about 10 min, put on a plate to cool completely. They will smell amazing at this point!!

Step 2Put 3/4 c nuts in food processor or blender. Add remaining, blend to the consistency of smooth butter. Leave at room temperature.

Step 3Chop the rest of the pecans for a topping or garnish over the butter.
