Tequila Butter

Use as a spread for “garlic” toast, or use on corn-on-the-cob, or to heighten the taste of baked potatoes, or fresh string beans. Or use in place of plain butter when making a grilled cheese sandwich. From The Tequila Cook Book by Lynn Nusom.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    new mexico red chili powder
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    tequila
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice

    Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor.
