This is originally from a church cookbook that I edited some years ago called St. Leo Cooks. Submitted by: Pat Birdsell It's a good seasoning for cooked vegetables or fish. You can also spread on french bread before toasting.

- 2 tablespoons tarragon, fresh, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, minced
- 1 teaspoon chives, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash pepper
