  • 7 oz
    black olives, pitted
  • 3 1/2 oz
    anchovy
  • 7 oz
    capers
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    cognac
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice and peel
  • herbes de provence (optional)

How To Make tapenade

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process into a fine paste

    Serve cool with baguette or crackers
