Ingredients
- 7 ounces black olives, pitted
- 3 1/2 ounces anchovy
- 7 ounces capers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice and peel
- herbes de provence (optional)
How To Make tapenade
