  • 1 Tbsp
    Dry Mustard - make it a heaping TBL.
  • 3 Tbsp
    Sugar or Splenda to Measure
  • dash
  • 1/4 c
    Wine Vinegar
  • 1
    Egg, Beaten

How to Make Sweet/Hot Mustard


  1. To aid in this blending well and to turn out nice and fluffy, I put the ingredients (except butter) in the blender to whip it well. Place in small heavy saucepan and heat on medium until thickens, stirring constantly. When thickened, add butter and mix well. Let cool and then refrigerate.
