This is a must for those ham sandwiches - tho it is also good to dip pretzels in. If you like different kinds of mustard - this one is for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dry Mustard - make it a heaping TBL.
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar or Splenda to Measure
  • dash - Salt
  • 1/4 cup Wine Vinegar
  • 1 - Egg, Beaten

How To Make sweet/hot mustard

  • Step 1
    To aid in this blending well and to turn out nice and fluffy, I put the ingredients (except butter) in the blender to whip it well. Place in small heavy saucepan and heat on medium until thickens, stirring constantly. When thickened, add butter and mix well. Let cool and then refrigerate.
