I could eat this with a spoon!
Ok, ok, I DID eat it with a spoon. Then I ate some more on a chocolate cupcake, and dang it, where are some graham crackers when I need?

I love the creamy mild peanut butter flavor, the tang of the salt and that it is not overpoweringly sweet.

  • 1Let the butter soften at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
  • 2Put the butter, peanut butter, food coloring if using, and vanilla powder in a large bowl and cream with a mixer.
  • 3Stop the mixer, add the powdered sugar and mix again. It will be clumpy and yucky, just keep mixing. After 30 seconds or so, it should come together.
