Ingredients
- 8 1/2 ounces jar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup good quality olive oil more or less to desired consistency
- salt to taste
How To Make sundried tomato pesto

Step 1In a food processor add the jar of sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and garlic cloves. Process while drizzling in the olive oil through the chute until desired consistency. Taste and adjust for salt.
