- 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 1 stick butter, softened
How To Make sun dried tomato butter

Step 1Add butter and sun dried tomatoes to food processor pulse until combined, refrigerat for 30 min good for up to a week

Step 2Note: you can use either the sun dried tomato paste, sun dried packed in oil or just dried , the paste makes this easy to make with out a food processor. Just add to a zip lock bag and mush with fingers from the out side of the bag. I have used the small fancy ice cube trays like sea shells and placed these in the freezer to harden. Then pop them out and place on dish when you are having a party. They soften in about 30 min.
