1/2 cunsalted butter at room temperature

4-5fresh strawberries, finely diced

2 Tbspfresh mint leaves, finely chopped

How To Make strawberry mint butter

1In a food processor or with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add mint and fold strawberries. Fill a crock of butter mold. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or freeze overnight. Defrost before serving.
