  • 1/2 c
    mashed strawberries
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar or (splenda ) use bottom
  • 1 c
    splenda and 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    cream or 8oz. cream cheese or cool whip

How to Make Strawberry Icing


  1. Before you make the icing if you use Splenda Powder sugar. Use do this:
    1 cup Splenda sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    Put in the blender and put on high for 5 minutes
  2. Mash strawberries with a fork or potatoe masher and combine sugar or Splenda sugar using on enough cream or cream cheese or cool whip to make a smooth paste.
  3. Stir until smooth and spread on cake.
    (Cake frosting)
