butter, at room temperature
1 c
good -quality strawberry preserves
1/2 c
fresh berries( strawberry, black berries, blueberries
1/8 tsp
raw organic vanilla bean
1/2 tsp
raw organic honey

How to Make Strawberry Butter


  • 1Place butter in the small mixing bowl and beat with hand mixer on high until light and fluffy. Add the preserves and beat until well combine dice fresh fruit in medium chunks and then mix with butter mixture. wrap the butter in plastic wrap and roll into a log. or just place in container.
  • 2Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.until ready to use. this spread will last for two to three days. Enjoy!!!!!!!! or up to a month in the freezer.
