spinach pesto
This is perfect for Pasta, Pizza, Spread on Bread or crackers......I have also used to make whole wheat pita pizza-spread on pita and add mozzarella cook in oven until cheese melts...YUMMY!!!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 package fresh baby spinach (cello bag)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin ( use more if you need)
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth( i use to replace some of the oil)
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make spinach pesto

Step 1In food processor (I use mini processor) add spinach and garlic process till chopped;

Step 2add pecans, cheese, broth, salt and pepper process then add olive oil until smoothe paste....
