Ingredients

  • 1
    sleeve ritz crackers
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 6 slice
    bacon, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    bagel crisps and/or pita chips

How to Make Snicky Snack

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend cream cheese, minced onion, mayonnaise, and swiss cheese. Place in microwaveable pan.
  2. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Top above mixture with cracker/butter mix.
  3. Add bacon to top of crushed crackers and microwave until swiss cheese is melted. Approx 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve with Bagel Crisps and pita chips.
