I found this recipe at Taste of Home. I really love chicken & this is pretty special. Use for an appetizer on crackers or for sandwich making. Time does not include cooking time for chicken or refrigeration time for completed spread.

Ingredients

- 3 cups already cooked, finely chopped chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped smoked almonds
- 3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.

Step 2Cover, and chill at least 2 hours.
