- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons parsley
How To Make salmon log

Step 1drain and flake salmon. combine cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onions, horseradish, and salt. combine pecans and parsley. shape salmon into log. roll in nuts and parsley mixture. chill.
