  • 1 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    raspberry jam, seedless if preferred
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    raspberry extract (add 1/2 teaspoon more for a stronger raspberry flavor)

How to Make Raspberry Butter


  1. In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, whip butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Note: the raspberry is naturally pink no food coloring is needed.
