Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam, seedless if preferred
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry extract (add 1/2 teaspoon more for a stronger raspberry flavor)

How To Make raspberry butter

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, whip butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Note: the raspberry is naturally pink no food coloring is needed.
