- 1/2 cup raspberry jam, seedless if preferred
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract (add 1/2 teaspoon more for a stronger raspberry flavor)

Step 1In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer on medium speed, whip butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Step 2Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Note: the raspberry is naturally pink no food coloring is needed.
