Pineapple Cheeseball
Ingredients

2 pkgcream cheese (16 oz total)

1 can(s)crushed pineapple (81/2oz) drain

2 cchopped pecans

1/4 cchopped green pepper
-
2 Tbsponion (finely chopped)

1 Tbspseasoned salt
How to Make Pineapple Cheeseball
- 1.Drain pineapple.
2. Soften 2 pkg. cream cheese
3. Chop onion, pepper and pecans.
4. Reserve 1 cup pecans to roll cheeseball.
5. Combine all ingredients. - 6. Roll cheeseball in chopped pecans.
7. Refrigerate
8. Serve with crackers.
